1. This Promotion begins on June 20, 2006 at 9:00:01 AM ET and ends on July 30, 2006 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by “Sponsors” (as defined below) prior to the conclusion of the Promotion Period. To enter, (1) if you possess a capable wireless handset device (a “Phone”), text “Tball” to the number 47624 and follow the prompts on your Phone; or (2) send a stamped postcard between 3.5" x 5" to 4.5" x 6" with your name, street address, and phone number(s) (both landline and wireless, if so subscribed) to John W. Nigro, GQ T-Mobile Sweepstakes, GQ Magazine, 4 Times Square, 9th Floor, New York, NY, 10036. (GQ Magazine and T-Mobile USA, Inc. [“T-Mobile”]) sometimes hereinafter shall be referred to individually as “Sponsor” and collectively as “Sponsors”.) Through the Promotion Period, a maximum of one (1) entry per person or Phone number is permitted. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of any wireless network or web site relating to the operation of this Promotion. Use by any person of bots or other automated process to enter this Promotion is prohibited and may result in disqualification of such person from this Promotion, at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or modify this Promotion if Sponsors determine, in their sole discretion, that this Promotion is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any Phone entrant in this Promotion, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Phone number submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a cell phone number by a wireless carrier.

2. One (1) “Potential Prize Recipient” will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Sponsors (or their third party designee) on or about July 31, 2006 from among all eligible Promotion entries that Sponsors timely have received in accordance with Paragraph 1 above. Such Potential Prize Recipient will be notified by mobile phone or U.S. Mail. If such Potential Prize Recipient cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days after Sponsor's initial attempt to contact him/her, or the ’Prize’ (as defined below) or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then such Potential Prize Recipient forfeits any and all rights in and to the Prize and any other prize or benefit conferred under this Promotion, and an alternate Potential Prize Recipient may be selected by means of a subsequent random drawing to be conducted from among all remaining eligible Promotion entries. All decisions of the Sponsors as judges in this Promotion are final, binding and non-appealable in all respects. The one (1) prize slated to be awarded in this Promotion (the “Prize”) shall consist solely of (a) round-trip coach-class air transportation (if available and if-used) for two (2) persons (i.e., the actual Prize Recipient and his/her guest) between the major commercial airport nearest the actual Prize Recipient's residence in the U.S. to the location of one (1) game in professional baseball's biggest, most popular, season-culminating showdown of the year (the “Game”, to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion), (b) (one)(1) standard hotel room (double-occupancy) at such location for two (2) nights (such accommodations to be selected by Sponsor, in their sole discretion), and (c) two (2) tickets for the actual Prize Recipient and his/her guest to attend the Game. Ground transportation (e.g., among airports, hotels and the ballpark location of the Game), meals, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included as part of the Prize. If the actual Prize Recipient resides within 75 miles of the ballpark location of the Game, then Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of the above-described air transportation. The Potential Prize Recipient and his/her guest are required to be available to travel during the October 2006 period during which the Game presently is scheduled to take place (such itinerary, including precise travel dates, choice of airline, etc., to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); otherwise, the Potential Prize Recipient will forfeit any and all rights in and to the Prize, and an alternate Potential Prize Recipient will be selected by means of a subsequent random drawing to be conducted from among all remaining eligible Promotion entries. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply to the acceptance, receipt and use of the Prize. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $4,500, with the precise value of the Prize to vary depending on the actual Prize Recipient's exact travel itinerary.

3. Income, sales, use and any and all other applicable federal, state and local taxes in connection with the acceptance, receipt and/or use of the Prize are the sole and full responsibility of the actual Prize Recipient.

In the event of any such circumstances, Sponsors specifically reserve the right (in addition to any and all other available rights and remedies, and without any admission of liability or wrongdoing), to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this Promotion.

6. The odds of any particular Sweepstakes entrant being selected to receive the Prize depend on the total number of eligible Promotion entries received. The Prize is not transferable under any circumstances. No substitutions for the Prize are permitted under any circumstances, except that Sponsors reserve the right, exercisable at any time in their sole discretion, to replace the Prize, or any component(s) of the Prize, with another prize(s) or component(s) of equal or greater value.

Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of initial attempted notification; otherwise, an alternate Potential Prize Recipient shall be selected by means of a subsequent random drawing to be conducted from among all remaining eligible Promotion entries.
